CMDB Administrator

• *Key Responsibilities:**

The CMDB Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and reliability of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Key responsibilities include:

• Providing development and administration of the ServiceNow infrastructure
• Assisting with the implementation of Cloud Discovery
• Understanding business context and translating business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation
• Regular audits across CI types and implementation of data repair actions
• Alignment of CMDB maintenance practices with other ITSM processes
