• Design and implement ServiceNow configurations
• Develop and test ServiceNow applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine requirements
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing Requirements:
• ServiceNow configuration and development experience
• Experience with requirements definition, documentation, and refinement
