Servicenow Application Development Manager: Leading technical resources delivering servicenow applications. About the Position:

The role requires active leadership to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. The successful candidate will work with a team of servicenow engineers, developers, and business analysts. Responsibilities:

• Oversight and direction of servicenow application development.
• Creation and sharing of weekly status reports demonstrating team productivity and accomplishments.
• Identification of areas of improvement for servicenow application development processes, provision of solutions, and implementation.
• Coordination with scrum master and development staff to ensure objectives for day-to-day tasks and projects are resourced appropriately.
• Point of escalation for customers and technical staff, removal of obstacles, and provision of solutions.
• Liaison to customers and functional leads across the program.
• Project oversight to ensure deadlines are met, schedules are current, and objectives are met, documentation, and sharing with appropriate staff on a regular basis.
• Implementation and adherence to project governance standards for each project and task. Requirements:
• EOD clearance.
• BA + 10 years or 16 years of experience.
• 5+ Years of experience with the servicenow platform.
• Able to interface with team members at all levels.
• Experience working with us federal government customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience leading a servicenow development team in a supervisor, lead or manager capacity.
