Technical Lead for ServiceNow Implementations

Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead for ServiceNow Implementations to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of complex applications in the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-quality applications in the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and implement integrations from ServiceNow to other applications.
• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and conducting root cause analysis.
• Maintain production system reliability through utilization of change management process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in JavaScript and related tech stacks (AngularJS, ReactJS, BootStrap, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow as a ServiceNow developer and administrator.
• Expertise in unit and integration test automation.
• Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST and SOAP implementations.
