Senior IT Asset Manager with ServiceNow

Responsibilities

The IT Service Management Professional - ServiceNow will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ServiceNow configurations across the organization. This includes developing and implementing ITBM configuration, including CI relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments and will be able to provide expert knowledge in ServiceNow Reporting, including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules.

A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models is necessary, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and provide high-quality support to internal customers.
