Position: Certified Sr ServiceNow Developer

The Certified Sr ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow deployments and modules. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and the ability to deliver solutions that enhance our IT service management processes. Job Duties

  • Develops and Customizes ServiceNow Applications
  • Develops and customizes ServiceNow applications and services, including workflows, forms, and user interfaces, to meet business requirements
  • Designs and Implements Integrations
  • Designs and implements integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and other integration tools
  • Writes and Maintains Client Scripts
  • Conducts Unit Testing
  • Conducts unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions
  • Creates Technical Documentation
  • Creates and maintains detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and customizations
  • Provides Ongoing Support
  • Provides ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization, required
  • Four (4) or more years working in conjunction with off-shore teams to deliver solutions, preferred
  • Experience in large complex ERP deployment, preferred
  • Experience working in a consulting environment, preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist, preferred
  • Technical Skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules, ITSM, ITOM, PM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, required
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools, required
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting, required
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting, preferred
