IT Service Management Professional - ServiceNow

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have 10-12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ServiceNow configurations across the organization, including developing and implementing ITBM configuration, including CI relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services.

You will also be responsible for providing expert knowledge in ServiceNow Reporting, including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules. A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models is necessary, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and provide high-quality support to internal customers.
