ServiceNow CMDB Expert

About the Position:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions. The successful candidate will have expertise in IT service management, configuration management, and software development.

Main Duties:

• Develop and maintain Ally Financials configuration models for services, assets, applications, and infrastructure.
• Evaluate enhancement/customization requests and provide design recommendations.
• Ensure solution design and process consistency and continuity across the CMDB and dependent processes.
• Research and provide information on new and changing technologies.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM).
• 8 years of experience with the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Ability to architect solutions to accommodate complex business needs.
