ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) expert to fill this key role. The successful candidate will possess technical knowledge and expertise in ServiceNow, as well as strong customer relationships and delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support to the SPM delivery team, customers, and stakeholders.
• Design, configure, test, document, and deploy platform solutions to meet customer expectations.
• Liaise with customers for operational concerns, including system health and planning for patches/upgrades.
• Implement and enhance ServiceNow platform and modules per business requirements.
• Stay current with new ServiceNow capabilities and technologies.
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Oversee or complete configuration, reporting, and workflow administration to support business processes on the platform.
