Key Responsibilities Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering servicenow solutions and meeting customer expectations. Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing servicenow solution designs using best practices.
• Facilitating requirements gathering and documenting requirements.
• Designing and developing solutions within the servicenow environment.
• Translating requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features.
• Developing applications, forms, and workflows using client and server-side scripting.
• Implementing itsm, csm, hrsd, cmdb and integrations and custom app development.
• Grooming development stories and providing guidance on solutioning.
• Troubleshooting software problems and implementing bug fixes.
• Participating in discovery sessions and process definitions.
• Leading efforts and providing guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows.
• Developing servicenow solutions and pushing developments from dev to test to prod using agile methodologies.
• Providing guidance to servicenow developers.
• Creating and using update sets and xmls to move customer configuration and data between environments.
