Expert in ServiceNow and SharePoint Migration

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow and SharePoint Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the migration of our government client's SharePoint environment from 2013 to 2019.

Your expertise in ServiceNow and SharePoint will enable you to design and implement efficient workflows and applications, analyze and refactor existing use cases, and provide business-focused solutions to improve collaboration and productivity.

You will work closely with business units to port functionality from a legacy application into ServiceNow, ensuring that critical business logic and requirements are retained. Your strong technical and customer service skills will be essential in resolving issues efficiently and providing excellent support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate SharePoint environment from 2013 to 2019 using feature differences and architecture expertise
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows and applications
• Analyze and refactor SharePoint 2013 use cases to leverage new capabilities of SharePoint 2019
• Provide business-focused solutions using new SharePoint 2019 features to improve collaboration and productivity
• Manage backend databases supporting both ServiceNow and SharePoint environments
