System Administrator with ServiceNow Focus

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with ServiceNow Focus to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow system, including workflows.
• Using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Loading, manipulating, and maintaining data between ServiceNow and other systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

5 years of experience supporting the development, implementation, administration, and configuration of the ServiceNow tool or equivalent.

Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as ServiceNow Scripting, Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
