ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Needed

Job Description

This ServiceNow Developer position involves managing end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and defect resolutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of ServiceNow configuration experience and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and defect resolutions.
• Research and advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow.
• Research and implement solutions to incidents and requests.
• Update standards and procedures documentation as required.
• Coordinate and publish HR Knowledgebase articles.
• Create automated test scripts for future upgrade releases.
• Leverage deep understanding of business and system processes to recommend and propose technical/non-technical solutions.
• Build trust and maintain solid working relationships with key business partners.

Requirements:

• 5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Coding experience - JavaScript and Python.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Coding experience – JavaScript and Python.
• HR Platform experience would be a nice to have.
