Job Title: ServiceNow Program Manager

Locations: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Description:

• Serve as the main point of contact with the implementation partner (Ahead).
• Coordinate across multiple teams, consultants, and project managers.
• Distribute tasks and track progress across the ServiceNow program.
• Engage regularly with executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong soft skills and leadership preferred over deep technical knowledge.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow to ask the right questions.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, IRM, SecOps).
• Experience in cloud/MSP or large enterprise environments is a plus.
