About the Role

Role: Principal/Senior TC/ BPC - HAM

Start Date: May 5 (projected for 22-weeks)

Location: Sta Clara, CA and/or Seattle, WA

Scope:

• Principal/Senior TC/BPC who is an expert with HAM to support workshop sessions, refine stories, demo solution, configure solution and provide advisory.
• Expert in Integrations related to CMDB/HAM.
• Must be able to travel to Sta Clara, CA and/or Seattle, WA for workshops.
• Must be comfortable running workshops.

Primary Modules/Capabilities

Hardware Asset Management (HAM) including

• Full asset lifecycle workflows- acquisition → deployment → inventory → contract → retirement → disposal
• Model mobilization
• Mobile interface for asset tasks
• Audit and part request tracking via mobile
• Branding on Apple & Android mobile apps (using standard out-of-box features)

Configuration of up to:

• 10 push notifications
• 6 mobile views
• 10 record card views

Integrations (6 planned)

Out-of-box spokes

• Coupa
• JIRA

Web service integrations

• Oracle WWRC (hardware procurement with WWT)
• DCIM
• Two internal legacy systems (including PCM)
• In-house/homegrown apps
• All integrations are bi-directional and near real-time

Mobile App

• Built on ServiceNow’s Dev Mobile
• Leverages Creator license features to enable mobile capabilities
• Mostly out-of-box; limited customization

App Engine

• Purchased but not in scope for this engagement
• No custom apps are part of this implementation

CMDB Considerations

• CMDB is already in place; no discovery implementation required
• Will provide the required product, model, and asset data to be loaded
• Team may run an internal CMDB scanning tool at no additional charge to validate and strengthen CMDB input quality
