Job Summary

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultants to join our team in Pune. This role demands strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management. The ideal candidate will be ServiceNow certified, have solid integration and development experience, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements

ServiceNow Certification:

• Must possess at least one valid ServiceNow certification
• (ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery preferred)

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Programming & Systems Analysis
• Science (Computer Studies)

Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery (Infrastructure & Applications)
• Strong experience with Service Mapping and custom probe development
• Good knowledge and hands-on implementation of CMDB
• 2+ years of experience with Event Management
• Technical Skills:
• Strong hands-on with REST/SOAP web services
• Experience working with protocols/tools like WMI, SSH, SNMP, PowerShell, JavaScript
• Familiarity with ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Workflows, Service Catalog, and REST API integrations
• Exposure to LDAP, Active Directory, SUDO
• Experience in Mid Server Activities and Service Graph Connectors (AWS, GCP, Azure, SCCM, Intune, CrowdStrike)
