Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing ServiceNow Sales Associate Director to spearhead the growth of our ServiceNow business. This strategic sales leadership role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, building long-term customer relationships, and working closely with delivery teams to position Consultiquo as a trusted ServiceNow partner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, proven sales and business development expertise, and a consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Own and drive end to end sales cycle for ServiceNow offerings across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Security, and more.
  • Develop and execute a growth-focused sales strategy for the ServiceNow portfolio.
  • Generate a healthy pipeline through prospecting, networking, events, and partner channels.
  • Respond to RFPs, develop proposals, and lead sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Act as a consultative advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning the right ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow Practice Head and Delivery Teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery alignment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Alliances teams for campaigns, webinars, and partner events.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Revenue & Target Management:
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop ServiceNow consultants and developers.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive account growth and upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with at least 3–5 years focused on ServiceNow.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and their value proposition.
  • Strong network within the ServiceNow ecosystem and enterprise clients in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel monthly (as per business requirements).
