Technical ServiceNow Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented ServiceNow developer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge IT service management solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage complex ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Design and develop custom applications, modules, and components using ServiceNow's rich feature set.
• Maintain and support existing ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform development, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
• Excellent technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (must to have)– CSA.

Education:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science engineering or certification in related fields.
