IT Specialist with ServiceNow Expertise

ServiceNow is a platform that enables businesses to automate and streamline their operations. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Utilize JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, and Transform Maps to customize and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain workflows using the Workflow Editor.
• Implement and utilize the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) to ensure the quality and stability of ServiceNow applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ITSM development within ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or System Administrator.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, and Transform Maps.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Workflow Editor and Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
