Job Title: ServiceNow Quality Assurance Lead

Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow QA expert to lead end-to-end testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow QA efforts to ensure high-quality implementations.
• Design, develop, and execute ATF scripts for ServiceNow modules.
• Define testing strategies, plans, and best practices for ServiceNow implementation.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify and document defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow QA & Testing.
• Strong expertise in ATF in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation from scratch.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM is a plus.
• Proficiency in test automation tools & scripting (JavaScript, Selenium, REST API testing).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
