ServiceNow ITSM and CSM Module Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to develop and maintain our ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
• Implement case management, knowledge management, and self-service portal solutions in Customer Service Management.
• Automate workflows, create business rules, and develop scripts to improve platform efficiency.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems for both ITSM and CSM.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure optimal performance.

To achieve this, you will need strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, experience in portal development and integrations, and a solid understanding of JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM) is preferred but not required.
