We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow application specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and ITOM modules. About the Role:

• You will collaborate with our development team to design and implement ITSM processes, workflows, and automation.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Key Responsibilities:
• Write and troubleshoot ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, etc.).
• Work on ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. Technical Skills Required:
• ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Workflow Configuration & Automation (Flow Designer, Workflow Editor)
• ITSM Processes & Implementation
• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• ServiceNow Integration (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
