We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). They will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. About the Role

The successful candidate will have solid experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, a deep understanding of ITIL processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Implementation
• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM and CSM modules.
• Configuration and Customization
• Configure and customize various aspects of the platform, including forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Integration and APIs
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Upgrade and Maintenance
• Participate in upgrade and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal impact to the business.
• Quality Assurance
• Work with QA teams to develop test plans and support testing efforts.
• Platform Management
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
• Troubleshooting and Support
• Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ServiceNow Development Experience
• Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on ITSM and CSM.
• ServiceNow Architecture and Best Practices
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
• Scripting and Programming
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Agile Methodologies
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
