Job Title: ServiceNow IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IT Specialist to fill this key role.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management (IM), Problem Management (PM), Change Management (CM), and Knowledge. They will also have a strong understanding of client and server-side JavaScript, as well as ServiceNow APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement new functionality in ServiceNow
• Debug existing functionality and resolve issues quickly
• Develop and implement integrations with other applications using MID Server, JDBC, and ODBC
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow instances
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Administration certification
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (IM, PM, CM, Knowledge)
• Strong understanding of client and server-side JavaScript
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with scripting, web services, and integration
• Ability to work in an Agile framework
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow Event Management and Service Portal
• Knowledge of AJAX, Business Rules, JS, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML setup
