ServiceNow Platform Architect Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to design and implement high-priority enterprise initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business, product, and technology teams to drive significant impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall platform design and provide technical leadership to platform and project teams.
• Create and maintain detailed architecture diagrams.
• Provide architectural controls to ensure correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions.
• Resolve technical escalations, including responding to defects and platform outages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and at least 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including prior experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect. They will also have expertise in CMDB, CSDM Framework, REST/SOAP-based integration, and various ServiceNow Releases/versions and upgrade processes. Requirements:

• Strong background in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM.
• At least 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Prior experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
• Experience with CMDB.
• Understanding of CSDM Framework.
• Experience with various Releases/versions and upgrade process.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP-based integration.
• Exceptional analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• ServiceNow CSA certified.
