Servicenow Application Specialist

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Servicenow development and be able to design and develop complex applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop low-level design documents and detailed engineering specifications based on complex business, user, and non-functional requirements.
• Write Servicenow client, server scripts, REST integrations, and scoped applications that adhere to standards, procedures, and techniques.
• Maintain the integrity of existing program logic according to specifications.
• Participate in project design walk-throughs.
• Evaluate interrelationships between applications and design for effective interfaces between interrelated applications/systems.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Servicenow Development
• Minimum 2 years working as a developer or lead in ITSM module development
• Familiarity with Servicenow Integration, Service Portal, and CMDB
• Knowledge of Servicenow Core concepts, client and server-side concepts
• Servicenow CAD or CSA certification
• Strong communication skills
