IT Service Management Platform Specialist

Job Overview:

As a ServiceNow ITAM Platform Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and design technical solutions to meet those needs
• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring adherence to industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow applications and modules
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations
• Strong understanding of ITSM and business process automation concepts
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services
• ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
