Architectural Expertise

We seek an experienced ServiceNow architect to lead the delivery of complex projects. About the Position

• Design and implement technical architectures that meet client needs and project goals.
• Collaborate with clients to define their requirements and expectations, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze client needs and scope projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Provide training and guidance to clients and team members on new systems and solutions, identifying current and future roadmap strategies.
• Stay current with ServiceNow features and capabilities, applying this knowledge to identify new/improved architecture opportunities.
• Ensure necessary certifications and deployments are met to maintain the Elite Partnership status with ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, focusing on architectural design.
• Be proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Have experience with various ServiceNow products, including ITSM; HRSD; ITOM – Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping; ITAM; IRM; SPM; IRM.
• Have experience working on large-scale Service Portals or Employee Centers.
• Have knowledge of ServiceNow Automation & integrations, Reporting and Analytics, Agile development methodologies, Performance tuning and Optimization, family release upgrade, CSDM framework, Security and Compliance.
• Hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications, with Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification being advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Exhibit effective communication and presentation skills, showcasing technology as business solutions.
• Display business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Be able to work independently, handling ambiguity and white spaces, with a start-up mindset.
• Be flexible and adaptable, ready to adjust to changing project demands.
