ServiceNow Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer and administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. About the Role

This position involves working with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions. You will be required to develop and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements, primarily within the ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Provide Bulk Administration Support for the ServiceNow platform, including incident resolution, problem management, and change management.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights and track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in ServiceNow scripting, including GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, GlideDateTime, GlideForm, GlideUser, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in providing Bulk Administration Support for the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow dashboard creation and customization.
