This position involves developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules. As a ServiceNow developer, you will use your expertise to create solutions that meet our clients' business needs. Your Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM and HRSD.
• Create custom scripts and business rules using JavaScript.
• Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer.
• Update and maintain ServiceNow Workspaces.
• Prepare and execute upgrade plans for ServiceNow instances.
• Resolve user issues and analyze tickets.
• Apply resolutions, fixes, and configurations as needed.
