• Design and deploy risk management, compliance tracking, and security incident response workflows.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with specific business requirements.
• Configure IRM solutions for unified risk assessment, continuous monitoring, and third-party risk management.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, control frameworks, and assessment templates.
• Implement risk scoring and reporting mechanisms.
• Implement SecOps capabilities, including security incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence integration.
• Configure security incident workflows and automation.
• Integrate SecOps with security tools and platforms.
• Develop and enforce GRC policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
• Configure compliance tracking, audit management, and policy management modules.
• Implement control testing and reporting.
• Integrate GRC, IRM, and SecOps modules with other ServiceNow applications (ITSM, CMDB) and third-party tools for seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain integration scripts and workflows.
• Automate processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer and scripting.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders for effective adoption of implemented solutions.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
• Optimize performance and scalability of the ServiceNow platform for risk, compliance, and security workflows.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow's latest features and best practices for GRC, IRM, and SecOps.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and risk mitigation to improve organizational resilience and efficiency.
