Senior ServiceNow Architect

Job Description: Servicenow technical architect responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of servicenow solutions. Ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement servicenow modules, applications, and integrations.
• Develop servicenow portals and service catalogs to enhance user experience.
• Configure and integrate virtual agents and chatbots for workflow automation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Requirements: Extensive expertise in ITSM development, service portal development, and chatbot/virtual agent development, MobileAPP on Servicenow. Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
