Role: Senior ServiceNow Architect (ITSM/ITAM)

Location: Houston, TX

Must Have:

hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Strong expertise in ITSM, ITAM or ITOM

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM + ITAM or ITOM)

Deep technical and functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform

SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL experience

Preferred:

Certified in ITOM Discovery, ITAM-SAM Pro, or ITAM-HAM Pro

ITIL v3/v4 certification

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ServiceNow applications/modules

Manage incidents and requests related to ServiceNow

Work independently and deliver as per Agile/Scrum practices

Use PPM for project tracking, story management, and testing
