Job Description
As a ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable platform solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in integration experience and large-scale platform operations will enable you to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom platform configurations using Flow Designer
- Implement scoped app development and maintain scheduled data flows into and out of ServiceNow
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline routine activities and continually improve processes
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of multiple environments
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Navy Federal security access processes and restrictions
Requirements
- 70% development experience with integration experience and 30% large scale platform operations
- Proficiency in LDAP connections to Active Directory and navigating through OU structure
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with submitters and provide clear details on task progress
- Ability to handle up to 5-10 requests and incidents daily
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and implement automation opportunities
