We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and a strong background in IT service management. Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT service management solutions using ServiceNow
• Lead a team of developers to provide work products and solutions to customers
• Design and lead complex solutions and integrations Key Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources
• Experience designing and leading complex solutions and integrations
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams Desired Skills
• Project Management, requirements management, and Agile development practices
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect
• Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications, such as CIS – Customer Service Management or CIS – IT Service Management
• Web development technologies, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java
