Cloud ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled IT ServiceNow Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge HRSD solutions. With your expertise, you will work closely with our clients and customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business goals. About the Role

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements, as well as 5+ years of experience engaging with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations. You will also have strong understanding of other ServiceNow products and other HR technologies. Responsibilities

• Design and implement HRSD solutions that meet client needs (30% of time)
• Lead technical teams in solution implementation and operation (30% of time)
• Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps (20% of time)
• Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities (20% of time) Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred skills: ServiceNow HRSD Certification, other ServiceNow products, other HR technologies
