Technical ServiceNow Developer Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
• Configure functional data, including Notifications and Service Level Agreements
• Create and set up script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs
• Design, develop, unit test, and troubleshoot system and integration testing
• Document design, development processes, unit test cases, and implementation plans
