ServiceNow Platform Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the development, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.

You will work closely with our functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes from customer requests to fulfillment teams. Additionally, you will work directly with end-users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow, handle escalations, and participate in escalation meetings.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to consult and guide clients on best practices and solutions to new requirements, problem statements, and roadmap for ServiceNow. You should also have experience managing a team of ServiceNow resources and be able to manage a team working remotely and across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and associated applications
• Work closely with functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows
• Resolve support issues within ServiceNow
• Handle escalations and participate in escalation meetings
• Consult and guide clients on best practices and solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Services, including business application and configuration item relationships. You should also have experience in CMDB, Orchestration, Discovery, Service Mapping, Integrations, Asset Management, MID Server configurations, and Scripting in ServiceNow.

In addition, you should have experience working or developing in programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML or HTML 5, Angular JS, and REST/SOAP. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is also required.
