We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules, implementing and managing Service Level Objectives (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform, integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow applications, and ensuring best practices and standards are followed in the development process. ">

Responsibilities: ">

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement and manage Service Level Objectives (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process. ">

Requirements: ">

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Service Level Objectives (SLO) for at least 1 year.
• Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
