ServiceNow Configurator

• *ServiceNow Configurator Role Overview:**

In this role, you will configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs, develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide technical guidance to colleagues. You will work closely with the IT Service Engineering team to ensure alignment with ITOM and SACM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation.
• Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
