ServiceNow Developer Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to provide development and process improvement support of the Global Infrastructure Business System (GIBS) custom application suite.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, deploying technical capabilities using low- and pro-code development principles, and engaging in incident and problem management.

You will also perform defect analysis and debugging, create and maintain product and service catalogs, and optimize supporting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new or refine existing capabilities on the ServiceNow platform
• Deploy technical capabilities using low- and pro-code development principles
• Engage in incident and problem management
• Analyze and debug defects
• Create and maintain product and service catalogs
• Optimize supporting workflows

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience with web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow applications or advanced experience with software development or low-code development platforms
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or completion of requisite ServiceNow training
• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• HS Diploma
• US Citizenship and active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
