ServiceNOW Developer Lead

The role of ServiceNOW Developer Architect is to oversee the development and implementation of custom automation solutions in ServiceNOW. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing integrated solutions that meet the needs of DIT Operations.

This includes leading efforts to deliver ServiceNOW automation solutions, influencing the implementation, processes, and ongoing support of the DIT CMDB and Asset Database. The position will also be responsible for coordinating integrations between various systems, including the CMDB, Asset Database, ITSM, ITOM, billing systems, and ordering systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNOW and its capabilities, as well as experience with custom application development and system integration. They will be able to provide leadership for projects, gathering and synthesizing requirements, evaluating options, and designing, developing, testing, and implementing integrated solutions.

Additionally, this position will drive ideas and projects to leverage various data sources to provide needed dashboards and visualizations valuable to both internal and external customers. This will involve designing and developing large custom applications and automations in ServiceNOW.
