Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM developer to join our DevOps team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the overall health and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and support of multiple ServiceNow environments
- Implementation of ITSM change management solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Tier 3 level support assistance for both platform operations teams and other implementation teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow applications, modules, and technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix scripting and Windows administration
- Experience with Agile software development methodology
- ITIL and ITSM certification or similar experience
