Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of overall ServiceNow experience, with hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
The selected candidate must have experience in implementing ServiceNow in ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, as well as integration with 3rd party tools using web services, SOAP/REST, email, DB connector, and plugins.
A strong understanding of the CMDB/CSDM data model is essential, along with good knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and custom pattern creation.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ServiceNow customization and custom development of forms, fields, and workflow. Experience in resolving Discovery issues and coordinating with various infra teams is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
- Integration with 3rd party tools using web services, SOAP/REST, email, DB connector, and plugins
