Configurator of Robust ServiceNow Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Solution Development: Develop and administer automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform to fulfill business requirements
• Process Improvement: Establish best practices to configure robust automation solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform
• Collaboration: Work closely with the customer stakeholders, offshore team, and IT department to design and implement solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in Service Now Development/Configuration
• Proven experience in implementing one or more applications/modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog) on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and JavaScript
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
