Job Description: Servicenow Csm Developer

Our ideal candidate has around 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Servicenow Platform. They should have experience in Developing and administration for large engagements. This includes ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, Custom Apps.

The candidate should be able to Troubleshoot to resolve Incidents, SR and Cases. Administration experience with ITSM, CSM, Discovery, ITAM and custom applications is also required. Additionally, they should have experience in performing Upgrade testing and Skip Object resolutions.

Code Migrations and update set management are essential skills for this role. The ideal candidate should also have experience in Instance clone, troubleshooting during issues, as well as Data Load and Data mapping Experience. Finally, they should have knowledge in Integration methods and troubleshooting during issues on Security and access area.
