Senior ServiceNow Developer Role

Job Description As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and administering solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with IT service management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably ServiceNow.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate as a domain expert in customer-facing meetings to discuss Service Management processes and features.
• Document workflows, processes, and results of business analysis.
• Assist the project team in applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably ServiceNow.
• 3 years of experience in business processes and business analysis in a software application environment.
• 3 years of experience designing and developing process workflows, capturing and writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
