System Administrator for ServiceNow Solutions

About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Servicenow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions within the Servicenow environment. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions within the Servicenow environment, including new or modified applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, Catalog Items, Integrations, and other configurations required to support client processes.
• Work closely with the team lead to translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features.
• Provide advanced support for Servicenow by troubleshooting difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis. Qualifications:
• No degree: 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree: 5 years of relevant experience.
• Masters degree: 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience/Skills:
• 5 years of experience in custom inbound and outbound REST and SOAP integrations.
• 5 years of experience configuring and customizing all aspects of Servicenow - UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Roles / Groups.
• 5 years of experience designing and developing Servicenow process flows and workflows.
• 3 years of experience with importing and exporting data to Servicenow using data loads, transform maps, and XMLs.
• 3 years of experience with developing in Servicenow Experience App Engine Studio with UI Builder.
