We are seeking a senior Servicenow developer to join our team and contribute to the implementation of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and discovery processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Servicenow development, including scripting, workflows, and customizations, as well as experience with ITIL processes and Servicenow integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom solutions using Servicenow APIs and web services.
• Implement Servicenow discovery to automatically detect and map IT assets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Servicenow environment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure CMDB data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Servicenow development, focusing on CMDB and Discovery.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Configuration Management.
• Proficiency in Servicenow development, including scripting and customizations.
• CIS-Discovery certification required.
