Job Requirements

This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Discovery processes, data accuracy, and integration. You will also develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor CMDB health, Discovery performance, data quality, and usage. Main Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery processes, data accuracy, and integration.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor CMDB health, Discovery performance, data quality, and usage.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that the CMDB & Discovery methods/data/schedules support their needs.
